Hlumani Surfacing (PTY) LTD, which is 100% B-BBEE owned and Managed, was founded by Mr Tina Bulube in 2016 as a close corporation with interest in
civil engineering and construction business. The founder’s vision was the establishment of a majority owned black business in order to fulfil B-BBEE
empowerment objectives nationally and specifically in the regions that the company operates from. Operations have been primarily based in the Kwa-Zulu
Natal since the company became fully operational in 2016. From its humble beginnings, Hlumani surfacing has established a business model that will take it
into the future. The founder Mr Tina Bulube has established considerable business network to negotiate and tender for contracts nationally. It was
therefore necessary to restructure the enterprise to take into account the needs of a rapidly growing enterprise.
We have adopted a mission statement not only to capture the direction defined by our stakeholders, but also to energize and focus our management and
employees on how to fulfil our roll effectively and efficiently in order to capture that unique role. We believe the following mission statement to be on
